If your career is anything like mine, it’s taken you across industries, borders, or life chapters that don't fit neatly on a LinkedIn profile. So believe me when I say, you’re not “behind”. You're just playing a different game, and most professional development wasn't designed with you in mind.

That’s also why I work differently. I use the SeTwsana phrase "Go Dirisana" (working together, because nobody holds all the knowledge) as a starting point because I believe that we're all stronger when we stop competing and start building together. It's the philosophy at the heart of everything I do, and honestly, it’s sorely missing from professional and leadership development paths.

This is what has helped pave my own winding path: from international diplomacy to founding a global tech mentoring non-profit, and now as a program manager, facilitator and coach.   I use that experience to help you see the full picture of who you are professionally.
